Ungrouping companies on Google My Business

To integrate you robot to the Google Business Messages, one of the requests is that the company doesn't be grouped with other in the Google My Business profile. Here, we will explain how to validate and ungroup, in case it's needs.

Step by step

1. Access your Google Business profile manager

2. Select the companies group

3. Select all que companies

4. Click in actions;

5.Select Transfer businesses;

6. Click on Select a business group  and after select Ungrouped.

8.In the end, just need to click on Transfer 

Ater this process, you can integrate the robot. After integrate, you can group the business back. Just follow the same steps to group it again.
