Requests
1. Your Instagram account must be a Business account; Click here to see how to check it.
2. Your Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page.
3. You need to have a manager ou owner access on the Facebook page that the Instagram is linked to.
4. The bot needs to be integrated with the Facebook first.

5. Allow access to messages on your Instagram. Check here how to do it.
Step by step
1. Inside asksuite's platform, go to Communication Channels;
2. Click on Integrate channel on Instagram's card;
3. Login with your Facebook (Your account must be manager or owner in the Facebook page);
4. Accept all the permissions requests, in case it asks for;
5. Click Next;
6. Click on Add Robot;
Done! Now your Robot will answer on Instagram!
Limitations
1. It's only allowed to integrate one pega per robot;
2. The Robot doesn't interpret stories, stories mention, videos, audios and images. In all this situations, the robot will answer with a automatic message informing that the media was received. This message can be customized;
3. The robot doesn't answer to posts forwarded;
4. The first interaction with the robot in the direct messages will always be answered with the main menu;
5. There is a 1000 characters by message.
