How can you know if your profile is a Manager on the Facebook's page

Types of access and page roles

Nowadays, Facebook is implementing the new pages experience, that is changing some configurations. Click here to know more about the new pages experience.

With this, the page roles have been reclassified with new names, You can verify the new names here:

• Admin:Facebook access with full control
• Editor: Facebook access with partial control
• Moderator: Task access for Messages, community activity, ads, Insights
• Advertiser: Task access for ads, Insights
• Analyst: Task access for Insights

It's possible that your page is still on the classic version of Facebook, so we describe how to verify the page roles with both page's experience.

Step by step

Classic version:

1. Access the company's page on facebook

2. Click on settings

3. Click on Page Roles

In this page it will be listed all the profiles that have access to the Facebook. To integrate with asksuite, you must be the owner or manager in the page.

New Version:

1. Access the company's page on Facebook;

2. Click in Manage;

3. On the left side, click in Page access;

You will see all the people who have access to the page

4. to be sure that the profile has full access, you just need to click over the users name. On the window that opens, it will inform which kind of access the user has.

Done! Making sure that you have full control of tha page, you will be able to integrate your Facebook's page with asksuite.
