Check below a few problems that may happen during or after the integration with Facebook in the Asksuite's platform:
- Error to click in Add Robot
- the robot doesn't answer/stop answering
- the message doesn't get to Asksuite's livechat
This might happen to a few reasons related to the app's permissions or some other app conflicting with Asksuite.
In this article we will describe how to check some points to verify so the Asksuite's integrations with your Facebook page works properly
Changes in the Page role
If the user with full control of the page, who made the integration with the Asksuite, eventually been removed from Facebook or change the password, as exemple, the link to our platform will be blocked and you will need to follow the integration's steps all over again.
Business integration
- Go to you Facebook account, on the right top side and click on your profile picture;
- click on Settings & privacy and then in Settings;
- in the left side, click on Security an login;
- after, click on Business integration;
- In the active list, you'will find the Asksuite integration. Click on View and edit;
- On this page it's important that you select all tue options in thew window, even if it envolves other pages! Remember that the chatbot will only be activated in the company you select when you access your admin panel;
- Still in the same window, be sure that the integration is set as public;
- In the end, you just need to save it!
Setting the primary receiver
- Click on your profile page
- Go to Settings and privacy;
- Go to New pages experience;
4 . Choose Advanced messaging;
5. in the Handover protocol, click on configure on the messenger receiver
6. On the primary receiver, chose the Asksuite app;
