Integrating the robot by Hsystem

If your website's manager is the Hsystem platform, follow our instruction below to activate your robot on your company's website.

Requirements

1. Manager or administrator access to Asksuite's platform.

2. Access to Hsystem's platform;

3. Asksuite's activation questionnaire fully answered;

4. Activation questionnaire reviewed by our Onboarding team.

Steps

1. Access your Hsystem dashboard.

2. Click in Layout and then in Customized script

3. Click in New Script

4. In this page, on the field Type, select Javascript code;

5. In the Description field, create a name for this activation, Ex: Asksuite's chatbot

6. In the Pages to be executed field, select All pages;

🔍 Observations: If you prefer to keep your robot only in the home page, as exemple, you can choose specifically  where the chatbot should be shown in this Pages to be executed field

7. Copy and paste your robot's activation code in the Code field. Check here how to find your Robot''s code.

Don't forget to allow the options below: 

• Desktop
• Tablet
• Mobile

8. Publish the changes and you're done! Your chatbot is already active and answering on your website!
