New Email
If you already have an Email account integrated to your Asksuite's platform. A new button will be shown on you Livechat window, on the top right side of the screen, called New email:
Existing contact
When the travelers previously contact your company and left their contact information, you will have a few options to send their a message by email.
Email icon
In case the traveler previously contact your company and left their email address on the chat, it will be shown, on the bottom of their chat, an email icon so you can contact them directly through this channel.
Answering an email
when you already sent an email through our platform, on the answer box will be shown a icon to answer to a certain message :
Taking over the chat
You can also answer an email by clicking on the "chat" bar, but only if the last message from the traveler was an email. You just need to click on the "Click here to reply to email":
