Requirements
1. The browser's notifications must be allowed on your operacional system (Windows, macOS, etc)
2. The notifications must be allowed on your browser as well;
A quick way to do it, is by activation directly on the asksuite's page. You just need to click on the lock or settings on the side of url bar and enable the notifications.

See how to personalize the Asksuite's notifications
1. Access you Admin panel
2. Click on your profile name (on the top right side of the screen), and go to user settings;
3. Now you can choose the notifications settings:
4. Now you will need to choose which information you would like to be notified:
- Livechat: You will only received notifications if you are with the livechat screen open;
- Desktop: The notifications will be send directly to you computer's operacional system.Access the Desktop's settings and allow the browser to send notifications;
- Mobile: The push notifications will be send directly to your phone's operacional system. Access the phone's settings and allow the browser to send notifications;

⚠️ Attention: Due a technical limitation of the operating system, the push notifications won't work on iOS devices. On macOS will only work on the Chrome

5. Inside Connected devices, you can manage the connected devices to the platform, so, they can be notified. Remember, to connect a device, you just need to login on the platform.
In case you disconnect a device, a warning will be shown on your screen to be connected again.
