Enabling the notifications on your browser
Our push notifications are allowed on the following browsers:
Google Chrome 32 + Firefox 22+, Safari6+,Edge e Opera 25+. See below where to check the notifications settings on your browser:
Google Chrome
- Access chrome://settings/content/notifications
- on the "allow" section, click on add.
- Add the admin.asksuite.com on the field site.
- Click on Add.
Firefox
- Click on the three horizontal lines and select the preferences.
- On the left-side menu, click on Content.
- Click on Choose on the side of notifications.
- Check if admin.asksuite.com is set as allowed.
Safari
- With the safari opened, click on Safari on the menu and choose preferences.
- Click on the notifications.
- Check if admin.asksuite.com is set as allowed. If it isn't, select the box Allow sites to request permission to send you push notifications.
Edge
- Click on the three dots and select Settings > show advanced settings.
- On Notifications, click on manage, click to enable to admin.asksuite.com.
Opera
- Navigate until Settings> preferences an open the guide Websites.
- on the Notifications, click on manage exceptions e check if admin.asksuite.com is set as allowed.
Internet Explorer
The internet explorer doesn't support push notification.
Enabling the notifications on the operacional System
Windows
- Open the settings on the windows
- Choose System > Notification & Actions;
- On the Notification from apps and other senders keep as Allowed.
