Type of access:
When you're adding a new user to the Asksuite's platform, you must choose between or 3 levels of permissions: agent, manager and administrator. See below what each permission has access:
- Agent: the agent can only access the dashboard, live chat and the help center.
- Manager: it has access to all the functions except the creation or edition of new users
- Administrator: it has access to all the platform functions.
Steps
1. Access the Admin Panel;
2. Go to Settings and after, Users
3. On the right top side of the screen, click on New user.
4. You must fill the new user information such as Name, E-mail and the hotel or each chain unit that the user can access. Besides, it's also possible to select the language of the panel.
5. Now, you just need to save it. The new user will receive in their email the access instructions.

🔍 Note: If you're not being able to create, edit or delete users, follow this steps:
1. Be sure that you have an Administrator account.
2. Log out and Log in again.
3.If you are sure you have and Administrator account and you still aren't being able to edit users, contact your support here.
