The Asksuite's email integration has all the tools that a email provider has, besides, it allows you to be more productive since you can do chat with your customer and send an email all in one omnichannel platform. This means you can have all the channels inside one place!
With the email integration, besides sending end receiving emails, you can forward them to other address. This is what is going to be shown below:

Steps
1. Access you Admin panel;
2. Go to the Live chat;
3. Chosse the Email that you want to forward;
4. Click on the 3 dots on the message you want to send and click on forwrard
After this, it will be create a new email to be forward, with all the previously message, including all the text and attachments.
To add a text, you just need to write before the ---- Forwarded message -----
