Now that you have learned how to respond to emails received on the Asksuite omnichannel platform, in case a message has more than one contact, you can choose to reply only to the sender of the received message or to the sender and all people in copy. Below we present the step-by-step for each option.
Steps
1. Access you Admin Panel;
2. Go to the Live Chat;
3. Choose a email conversation;
Reply all
Click on the orange arrows icon on the top right side of the message. After that, the message composition screen will be opened for you to write and send the email.
Reply only to the main sender
Click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the message and then click on Reply. Next, the message composer will be opened for you to write and send the email.
