Step by step
⚠️ Attention: To use the WhatsApp campaign tool, you must first create a message template. To do this, read our article: How to create a template for WhatsApp Campaigns.
- Access your administrative panel;

Click on the WhatsApp Campaigns menu;

Click on New campaign;
4.Fill in the fields:
- Campaign name;
- WhatsApp template: here you should select the pre-registered template on our platform. Click here to learn how to create it;
- End of campaign: this is the deadline for us to count the interactions of your customers who came from the Campaign. Example: if you marked August 15 as the end of the campaign, and your customer responded to your campaign on August 16, this interaction will not be counted on the Campaign screen;
- You can add a label to this campaign, appearing on the Live Support screen, making it easier to locate conversations that came from this action;
- You can send the campaign with the robot turned on or off. If the robot is turned off, an attendant must take over the conversation or turn on the robot manually on the Live Support screen.
- Now it's time to insert the spreadsheet with the customer list. You can download our model spreadsheet to register your contact data and add it to your campaign. 😉
⚠️ Attention: Remember good practices for sending campaigns:
- Users must opt-in;
- A privacy policy term must be included in capturing this contact;
- Never use cold contacts that have never had contact with the hotel before or paid lists, under the risk of number blocking as users may report abuse.
The spreadsheet must contain column names on the first line.
- In the first column, the number with 55 (country DDI) + 48 (state DDD) + number (the number may not have spaces and symbols, for example: + 55 11 99999-9999);
- The remaining columns should be the @s that appear in the template used.
