Did you know that Asksuite has improved the way it registers promotional packages and optimized the layout shown to travelers within its robot?
If by any chance you had promotional packages registered before April 2022, this article is exactly for you! That's because all your packages have migrated to the new structure, and thus some details need to be reviewed so that your offers become more attractive than ever.

Differences between the old and the new package layout
The new layout of promotional packages aims to assist travelers in reading information more visually and quickly, saving effort and engaging them with organized text and specific sections.
Below, you will find an example that compares the same room category offer in both the old and new scenarios.
Even though it is essentially the same offer, the way items are organized into sections with specific emojis makes it easier for your potential guest inside the robot to quickly grasp the content.
Take a look:
Old vs New
Steps
- Access your Administrative Panel.
- Click on Settings.
- Go to the Special Offers option.
- Click on the three dots and then on Edit to review your package in the old layout.
Which fields should be reviewed?
In the previous example of the new layout, we need to consider that all fields in the new form were filled out completely. Therefore, to ensure you and the travelers have a comprehensive experience with our tool, it is important to review your old packages as there are fields in those packages that will be blank since they were incorporated later into the new registration form.
With that in mind, it is necessary to fill in the following fields to make your offer more appealing to travelers:
- Package highlights;
- Minimum number of days;
- Minimum number of adults;
- Included children;
- Minimum price;
- Observations;
- Included items per category (if any room registration exists);
- Buttons (I will explain further below);
Suggestions to boost your direct sales
In this new version of packages, we also provide three types of buttons that can help enhance your direct sales strategy. They are:
- Link Button: directs the traveler to specific URLs of the engine or pages on your website.
- WhatsApp Button: directs the traveler to a desired WhatsApp number with a pre-configured message of "Hello, I would like to know more information about the package 'X.'"
- Email Form: provides a form within the chatbot to collect lead information and directs it to the sales department's email.
