Following a simplified funnel-like logic, we currently measure two essential steps in the dashboard: Group Quotations, which refer to opportunities that can turn into Group Reservations after negotiations.
Consequently, the dashboard is divided into sections that apply to quotations, while others are dedicated to reservations.
This structured approach will allow you to navigate with ease and clearly understand the essential metrics for optimizing your team's performance and maximizing the success of your group operations.
Group Quotations Indicators
Opportunities generated by the robot for groups
Within our new group dashboard, you will find the first 2 sections that will help you gain insight into how much your virtual assistant is generating group opportunities for your sales team.
- Sales potential: estimated money value of group leads collected via the robot.
For hotels, the estimation calculation considers the following references:
- Number of quoted rooms X
- Number of quoted nights X
- Average room rate from the booking engine
For parks or attractions, the estimation calculation considers the following references.
- Number of quoted people X
- Number of quoted days X
- Average ticket price

However, it is crucial to remember that this action is irreversible, and the removed request will no longer be considered in the calculations of the "Sales Potential" and "Group Quotations" indicators. Group reservations recorded by attendants
Next to the opportunities generated by the robot, you will find the first 2 sections on Group Reservations that have been recorded by attendants through Asksuite's live chat, which are:
- Group revenue: represents the money value recorded by reservations agents;

Similar to the detail of quotations in negotiation, we provide an area in the dashboard to present a list of reservations recorded by attendants within Asksuite.
This helps to determine which reservations have statuses such as "Blocked Rooms," "Confirmed," or "Cancelled." Additionally, you can access supplementary information about the respective reservations by clicking on the "Eye" icon. Among this information, you can see, for example, a family group bringing 5 children or a group of elderly people in need of special assistance.
