Whenever your robot converses with a traveler and doesn't comprehend a phrase, our algorithm identifies this scenario. It connects the phrase with others under similar conditions. If "didn't understand" occurrences are frequent, our Smart Algorithm transforms them into new insights.
Here's how this process works in practice:
1. Identification
Our Smart Algorithm identifies the most recurring misunderstood terms in your virtual assistant every month.
2. Transformation
The algorithm groups 5 or more similar misunderstood phrases and transforms these combined "didn't understand" instances into new insights.
3. Validation
The new insights go through our Natural Language team, who validate each one to ensure they're ready to be sent to you.
4. Notification
Once validated, the new insights appear in your Artificial Intelligence tab with a notification.
5. Publication
You then head to the Teach Robot feature, select the new insight, input a response, and publish.
In short, once a month, our Smart Algorithm analyzes conversations, groups recurring "didn't understand" cases, sends them to our language experts for validation, and then delivers them to you directly in your Asksuite admin panel under the Artificial Intelligence tab.

1. Access your Admin Dashboard.
2. Click on Teach Robot.
3. The suggestion will appear only if the AI recommendations filter is enabled. Suggestions will be highlighted in orange under the Created by field as Robot Suggestion.
4. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the insight you want to validate.
5. First, include synonyms based on the AI's suggestions shown next to the field.
6. Next, review the suggested robot phrases, and add free-form phrases if desired.
7. Another step within the insight review is inputting the response the robot should provide when triggered by that topic. The process is the same as creating a regular new insight.
8. Finally, click Save Insight and then Publish Insight to apply the new settings to the live robot.
