1. Go to the AskStore tab. 

2. Locate the AskGPT app (if necessary, apply the artificial intelligence filter), click on the icon and then install.

3. That's it, your robot is already using this technology.

How to test?

If you want to test and see your robot working with the new technology, just open your test robot (so as not to affect your indicators and conversation history).

1. Go to the Teach Robot tab.

2. Locate the “Test Robot” button in the upper right corner and click.

3. The robot will open in the same position on the screen where it usually is on your website. 

Remember that your robot will have the other message processing logics active, as they are not replaced by AskGPT. This means that not all robot responses will be processed by AskGPT.

In general, only the most complex messages are processed by this technology, as this ensures that responses that were carefully written by your team for the robot will be preserved whenever possible.

When the robot receives a message, it will try to respond with one of the registered answers before searching for the answer through AskGPT, and therefore, when testing the functionality, it is possible that you will find answers from the questionnaire instead of answers generated by AskGPT.

If this is the case, try to make your message longer and more complex, asking for more than one piece of information in the same sentence, for example.
