How to add content on AskGPT

There are multiple ways to add content to the robot for use by AskGPT, as the robot pulls information from multiple sources. If you want to add content to your robot, the table below can help you decide the best way to do so:

AskGPT Training	Simpler and faster way to add content, without needing to separate it by subject or write an attractive response.
Questionnaire	Add information that will help AskGPT and also change the answer shown by buttons that lead to that subject in the robot.
Teach Robot	Absolute control over the response to new content, with a slightly more complex configuration, but the response text will be exactly the response given by the robot.

When content must be available exclusively to AskGPT, without interfering with any other robot response, or when the intention is to add content in the simplest and fastest way possible, this content must be added to the AskGPT training screen:

1. Go to the Teach Robot tab.

2. Click on the “AskGPT Training” option at the top of the screen.

3. Click on “Add new question & answer”.

4. Select the companies the content applies to.
5. Select the language in which you want to include the content.

6. Fill in the question field with a single question that a user would ask about this topic
7. Add all relevant content to answer this question in the answer field, preferably in the most complete and descriptive way possible.

8. Click the “Translate other languages” button to fill in the other languages with the same information you added.

9. If desired, review the automatic translations by selecting another language.
10. Click “Save”.

That content is now available for AskGPT to answer any variety of questions that can be found in the provided content.

Adding content to the Questionnaire

You can add information anywhere in the quiz and AskGPT will be able to access:

1. Access the “Questionnaire” tab
2. Find the answer that addresses the topic you want to add more details to.
3. Edit the answer, remembering that this answer will be shown exactly as written if accessed by a button.
