What's the best way to add content to AskGPT?

This technology does not need answers written in the way they will be delivered to the traveler, but on the other hand it benefits from having clear and detailed content to ensure that the answers will be more satisfactory and cover a wider range of questions.

If you already have a FAQ on your website, or another extensive source of information, you can just copy and paste the content into the training. With that in mind, here are some good and bad examples of how to fill out the question and answer fields.

Remember, the content of the questions registered in the FAQ only helps to contextualize the understanding of AskGPT, therefore, all the content necessary to answer well must be placed as explicitly as possible in the answer.

How to fix or control AskGPT responses?

If any of the AskGPT answers need to be adjusted, it is suggested to create a new training specifically with the question asked by the user, and all the necessary content to provide the correct answer.

For example, let's suppose that in a certain hotel, it is necessary to carry pets in common areas, but by default AskGPT is responding as follows:

Finding and evaluating answers like this is very easy, just access your artificial intelligence dashboard:

1. Access the “Dashboard” tab

2. Select the “Artificial Intelligence” section

3. Scroll down to find the “AskGPT Q&A” indicator, where all messages answered by this technology can be evaluated.
   
   

 

4. Find the phrase whose answer you want to adjust, and select the icon on the right to have the option to insert an AskGPT training.
   
   

5. Register the appropriate answer to the question on the training registration screen, which is already filled with the selected question and the answer given by the robot previously
   
   

Try to avoid answers such as “yes” or “no,” instead describing in detail what is and is not permitted, what is and is not available, and so on, to ensure that the context of the information is clear to the robot regardless of how the question is asked.

Finally, click on “Translate other languages” if you want the information to be duplicated in other available languages, and click “Save”. If you want to view or edit the translations, simply change the selected language.

There is no need to train the robot. After saving, this information is now available for use by AskGPT in real time.
