In this article, we will discuss how to edit a reservation recorded in our live support panel. We will demonstrate how to make detailed modifications to each reservation, including dates and amounts. This functionality plays a crucial role in personalizing and adjusting reservations, allowing for informed decision-making in hotel reservation management.
Step by step
- Access your Administrative Panel.
- Go to the Live Chats screen.
- Click on the calendar icon in the right-hand side menu to access your Reservation Manager.
4. Locate the existing reservation you wish to edit.
5. Click on the pencil icon (top right corner of the reservation card).
6. Update the desired information and click Save.
🔍 Note: It's not possible to edit the reservation code and the seller who made the reservation.
