Access your Administrative Panel.

Go to the Live Chats screen.

Choose the chat to be viewed.

Click on the calendar icon in the right-side menu.
In this tool, you will be able to view the reservation history in two contexts:
- In this conversation: This will present the list of reservations recorded in the selected conversation. It is useful for viewing reservations recorded by other agents.
- My reservations: This will present the list of reservations recorded by the logged-in user. Use the search field to locate a reservation by code or traveler's name.
