Step by step

Access your Administrative Panel.

Go to the Live Chats screen.

Choose the chat to be viewed.

Click on the calendar icon in the right-side menu to access your Reservation Manager.
5. Find the already entered reservation you wish to edit.
6. Click on the pencil icon (upper right corner of the reservation card).
7. Update the reservation status field to Cancelled. To finish, click Save changes.
