Step by Step
1. Access your Admin Panel;
2. Go to the Live Chats;
3. Click on the calendar icon in the right-hand side menu to access your Reservation Manager;
4. Click on the filter icon;
5. Choose the type of filter you want to use to generate the list of registered reservations. These include:
- Registration Date
- Check-In Date
- Company (if your user has access to multiple companies)
- Reservation Status
- Reservation Type: Leisure, Groups, or Events.
6. Click Apply Filters. This will prompt the manager to list all reservations that match the filter settings.
