Step by Step
1. Access your Admin Panel;
2. Navigate to the Live chats;
3. Click on the calendar icon in the right-hand side menu to access your Reservation Manager;
4. Select the My reservations option;
At the bottom of the manager screen, the total value of bookings registered by you will be displayed:
⚠️ Important: By default, the sum of registered bookings includes only those with the status "Confirmed" and "Blocked rooms."
If you want to track bookings with other statuses, such as "Negotiation," "Quotation," or "Canceled," you'll need to create these statuses when registering a reservation (within the "Status" field). Later, you can apply filters to view bookings with these specific statuses in the "Filters" tab. This allows for detailed and personalized tracking of your reservations, catering to the specific needs of your management process.
