Problems sending attachments to the traveler

The Asksuite platform integrates several communication channels, each with its own particularities in sending attachments to the travelers. Currently, only two channels allow sending attachments: WhatsApp and Instagram. However, it is important to highlight that these channels have different limitations in relation to what can be sent, which need to be considered. 

WhatsApp

Allows you to send photos, videos, audios and some specific types of documents.
