How to integrate lead automation with Zoho?

Learn how to install the application that integrates Asksuite with Zoho, automatically sending the leads collected by your bot.

Step-by-step

1. In the side menu, click on Askstore;

2. Open the app called Zoho - Lead Automation, and click Install;

3. On the first screen, click Zoho login;

4. After accessing your account, link the lead fields from the Zoho platform with the lead properties from Asksuite;

5. A success message should appear when you click install, indicating that your integration is complete;

6. Now all leads collected by Asksuite will be automatically sent to Zoho at intervals of up to 4 hours.

If you want to add more information to the lead collection, create a custom field within Zoho and map the leads again.
