How to use the multiple unit filter on the SLA Dashboard
At the top of the page, you’ll find all available filters. The unit filter is located right after the date filter.
Usage rules
- You can filter more than one hotel at a time if you have access to multiple units.
- You can select up to 20 units at once.
- By default, the filter will load the first unit on the list when you open the page.
- The listed units are those your user has permission to access.
- To switch units, select the desired ones in the filter and click "Apply filters" to load their chats.
Chat table
In the chat table, you can see which unit is providing the chat when filtering multiple units.
