How to add a new Asksuite connection in AskFlow

If you want to add a new WhatsApp number for sending messages via AskFlow, separate expenses into department budgets, or create new flows using a single WhatsApp number, you’ll need to set up new connections in the Asksuite integrations.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to the Integrations menu:

2. Click on the Asksuite integration

3. Click "Add connection"

4. Name the new connection (e.g., “WhatsApp Hotel A - Finance” or “WhatsApp Hotel A”).

5. Add the AskFlow integration user to the company that has WhatsApp. If you’re creating department budgets for the same WhatsApp number, use the same token for all connections.

6. Select the company ID 

7. Click "Save"

8. All set! Don’t forget to update the flow editor with the new connection so that actions are executed through this channel. You can also set monthly limits for this connection if needed.😉
