If you manage department budgets or simply want better control over your expenses, AskFlow allows you to set monthly limits for each type of action executed in the flows.
You can specify how many actions of a certain type you want AskFlow to perform within a month. Once the limit is reached, the system will stop executing that action.
Here’s an example: The action type “send campaign” refers to sending messages via WhatsApp through AskFlow. Each executed action of this type uses 1 Asksuite WhatsApp credit. By setting a limit for this action type, you determine how many credits you’d like to allocate for sending messages through the registered WhatsApp account (connection) in the flow, ensuring you won’t exceed your monthly budget. 😉
Follow these steps to set it up:
- Go to the "Plan and limits" menu.
- In the "Execution Limits" table, identify the connection action you want to limit.
- Then click on the three dots and “Change limit”
- Enter the monthly limit and click "Save".
- If you want to remove the limit, just click on the three dots and “Delete limit”.
- To learn more about each type of action, simply hover your mouse over the information icon.
