By connecting your PMS to AskFlow, you expand the possibilities of customized flows that you can set up, since the system provides a variety of relevant information about your customer.
See some of the data sent from the PMS to AskFlow:
- Guest's date of birth
- Who is the main guest
- Booking status (confirmed, canceled, pending)
- Booking status (awaiting check-in, check-in completed, no show, etc.)
- Check-in date/time
- Check-out date/time
- Room type, and more...
Once integrated, you can use this information to segment flows, condition steps or even replace variables in 1:1 messages sent by AskFlow.
