What can I track in the Flowboard's "Overview" section?
The Flowboard's Overview provides the platform status and the total workflows and actions executed within the current month, indicated next to the page title.
“ONLINE” status: indicates that there are active workflows that are operating correctly.
“PAUSED” status: indicates that there are no active workflows, therefore nothing will be executed.
- See how many of the workflows created in your AskFlow account are active out of the total available under your contracted plan.
- Find out how many workflows are in progress—initiated but not yet completed.
- The number of completed workflow executions indicates the total number that were executed from start to finish within the current month. You can also track a comparison of the total amount released by your contracted plan.
- The number of actions performed shows the sum of actions that were executed within the workflows of the AskFlow account.
What can I track in the Flowboard's "Details" section?
In the Details section, you can view information about the workflows in your AskFlow account, as well as the execution queue in real time.
The "Workflow Info" table displays the status of each workflow in the account, including the number currently running, those already completed, and the total actions performed during the period (current month, shown next to the page title).
You can also download the data from the table to CSV or XLSX formats to see the details by type of action executed (e.g.: sending a campaign or an SMS) and to perform more in-depth analyses.
Finally, the "Queue of ongoing workflows" table shows the next steps scheduled for each contact. You will know when the workflow started, when the next step is expected to be executed, what is scheduled, and the contact's name and phone number.
You can search for a specific contact in the table or download it in CSV or XLSX format for detailed analysis. Each time the contact completes a scheduled step, the table updates with the next step. Once all steps are completed, the contact is no longer displayed in the table.
To ensure that the data is as up-to-date as possible, it is recommended that you click the refresh button in the top right corner of the page.
