Track all WhatsApp messages automatically sent by AskFlow with this menu.
WhatsApp message sending occurs at the stage of the workflow where an action of the “Send campaign” type is set up. Learn more about how to edit a workflow here.
What data do I have access to on this dashboard?
In the first section, you can see the volume of messages sent per day. Simply hover your mouse over the column to see the details for the relevant date.
In the Details section, you'll find a complete list of all messages sent by AskFlow. This includes the date the message was sent, the template used, the latest conversation status, the recipient's phone number, the date the traveler responded (if applicable), the total reservation amount (if applicable), and a link to the conversation where the message was sent.
For more detailed information, such as whether the message sent by AskFlow was read by the contact, if a new quote was sent, a "book now" button was clicked, or a reservation was registered on the Asksuite platform, export the data to your computer.
Please note that AskFlow only tracks results recorded within 7 calendar days of the message being sent.
For example, if a sales follow-up message is automatically sent by AskFlow on July 21, 2024, and a reservation is registered for this contact on July 24, 2024, this information will be included in the report. However, if the reservation is registered on August 2, 2024, it will not be counted as an AskFlow result.
