The unavailability follow-up workflow is one of the automation opportunities that AskFlow offers.
It begins with a quote requested by the traveler in Asksuite, where there was unavailability for the specified date. It then automates the sending of a follow-up message to re-engage the lead and attempt to convert the sale through a new interaction with the agent. Learn more about this workflow here.
With the “Unavailability FUP” dashboard, you can easily and clearly monitor the results of this workflow.
What data do I have access to on this dashboard?
In the first section of the dashboard, you can see the workflow funnel, which is made up of the following indicators:
- Volume of travelers’ quote requests (sent to the bot or agent), initiating the workflow
- Number of automatic follow-ups sent
- Number of reservations recorded after the follow-up
- Amount of reservations recorded, in the company's currency
The graph details the volume of follow-up messages and total bookings per day. Simply hover your mouse over the columns to see the details for the relevant date.
Finally, the follow-up tracking table provides details of each follow-up sent. Find out the date the contact started the workflow, their name and phone number, which company unit handled the quote, and the total amount of the reservation recorded after the AskFlow follow-up was sent (when applicable).
Note: AskFlow only counts results that were recorded up to 7 calendar days after the message was sent by the system.
For example, if a sales follow-up message is automatically sent by AskFlow on July 21st and there is a reservation registered for this contact on July 24th, this information will be shown in the report. If the reservation is registered on August 2nd, then it will not be counted as an AskFlow result.
How do I access the dashboard?
This dashboard is available in AskFlow > Unavailability FUP for all customers who have an active unavailability follow-up workflow. 😉
