Did you know that your AskFlow sales follow-up message can include a direct link to your booking engine, pre-filled with the traveler’s quote details?
This means your customer is taken straight to the search results, with their desired dates and number of guests already set!
With just one click, they can complete their abandoned booking—no need to wait for an agent, restart the quote process, or search through previous conversations.
Note: This feature only works if your booking engine is connected to Asksuite.
How to Set It Up:
First, Create a new template with a URL button.
- Go to Settings > WhatsApp Templates.
- Click “New Template”.
- Select “WhatsApp Campaigns” as the template type and give it a name. We recommend something like AskFlow - Sales FUP (URL).
- Write your message, then select the URL button option.
- Enter a button name and paste the link: https://ak.gd/@link
- Click “Save” and wait for approval.
Next, set up the template in your workflow.
- Go to AskFlow > Workflows.
- Find the sales follow-up workflow, click the three dots (⋮), and select “Edit workflow.”
- Locate and click the "Send message” block.
- Scroll down to the template section and select the newly approved template.
- In the button field, select "Price quote - URL.”
Note: If you are editing an abandoned cart workflow directly from the booking engine, select “Booking Engine - Checkout URL” instead.
- Click “Save.”
- Finally, be sure to save the workflow update.
All set! Now, you can track your results in the Sales Follow-Up (FUP) Dashboard. 😊
