- Log in to Asksuite
- Go to ‘Communication Channels’ in Asksuite. Find the Booking channel and click ‘Integrate Channel’.

- Click ‘Log in to Booking Extranet’.

- A new window will open—enter your login, password, and two-factor authentication.

- On the next screen, click ‘Connect’ to set Asksuite as your Guest Messages provider.
- If you manage multiple properties, follow the multi-unit connection workflow here.

- If you lack permission to connect, a message will appear. Contact your Booking.com admin to enable partner connection access.

- At this stage, a pending connection screen will be displayed, as in the image below.

- Find your numeric Booking.com Hotel ID code at the top of the page, near your hotel name and Booking.com logo. If you closed the page, retrieve your Hotel ID code here:

- Returning to the channel integration screen, you must fill in the “Hotel ID on Booking.com” field with your hotel code and click “Confirm”.

- All set, the channel is integrated into Asksuite and will be displayed as in the image below.

Multi-Unit Connection Workflow
- If you have multiple properties in your Booking.com account, after logging in you will be informed that to manage your connections you need to “Go to the Booking.com extranet”. Click this button.

- You will be redirected to the page where you can make a mass connection with Asksuite. Click on “Select properties”.

- On this screen you must select the properties you would like to connect with Asksuite, you can select them individually or click on “Select all properties” then click on “Review changes”.

- Confirm integration on the final screen. Booking.com may take up to 24 hours, but typically completes it within 1 minute. Refresh the page to check progress.
- Once Booking has completed the change, you will be able to integrate the channel within Asksuite. You will need to log into Asksuite and perform the steps below for each of the hotels.
- Access the channel integration screen, select the company you would like to integrate at the top of the page. You must fill in the “Hotel ID on Booking.com” field with your hotel code and click “Confirm”.

- All set, the channel is integrated into Asksuite and will be displayed as in the image below. Simply return to the channel integration screen, select the next hotel at the top of the page and repeat the previous step until you integrate your hotels into Asksuite.
