Currently, Booking.com only shares the reservation code through the integration with Asksuite. This means that all other details can only be accessed directly on the Booking.com platform.
To make it easier, we have added a shortcut on our platform that takes you directly to the traveler's details. This way, you can quickly access the information you need and provide more complete support.
What information can I view on Booking.com?
When accessing Booking.com, you can view details such as:
- Traveler's name
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Reservation amount
- Number of people
- Number of rooms
- Room category booked
- Reservation date
- Traveler's phone number
- Traveler's email
I clicked on the link, but I can't see the reservation details. What should I do?
If the reservation details are not displayed, it may be that your user does not have the appropriate permission within Booking.com. To view the information, you need the following:
- An active Booking.com login
- Access to the Booking.com reservations section (see example below)
If you need to create a user or adjust the permission settings, contact the administrator of your hotel's Booking.com account. This will ensure that you have full access to the reservation information and can better serve your guests.
