My chatbot's window is empty or stops working while loading during startup

This can happen when our servers over at Microsoft are unstable, creating a flaw on the chatbot. No need to worry though! Our developers are already working on reestablishing the servers.

These instances are rare and, when they do happen, they tend to last only a few minutes. You can also check for updates on your chatbot's status on the Administration Panel's chat where we can inform you when it's been reestablished.

The chatbot is gone

Normally, when the chatbot disappears from the website, it's due to a problem related to the website's own script. We suggest you add the bot again to your website's tag head or get in touch with the people in charge of your website, so they can perform this procedure.

Where do I find the script?

Your script is available on your administration panel. You'll have to do as follows:

1. Go to http://admin.asksuite.com;

2. Click on "Communication Channels";

3. Click on “Site”;

4. Voilà! Here's your code. You just have to copy it and paste it on your tag head, or send it to the people in charge of the website.
