How to resize a picture for the questionnaire

To add photos to the chatbot, we recommend that the images maintain a standard size of 600x400 pixels. Below, we explain how to resize them so that your chatbot provides a high-quality display during interactions.

Steps

1. Go to the I❤IMG website;
2. Click on Resize IMAGE;
   
   
3. Click on Select images to choose the image file you'd like to resize;
   
   
   
   
4. Notice that, on the exemple below, we've uploaded a 800x600 image file:
   
   
   
   
5. Uncheck the Maintain aspect ratio box and type down the desired dimensions on Width and Height:
   
   
                              
   
   
6. After deciding the size of the image, click on Resize IMAGES;
   
   
7. Click on Download resized IMAGES, in order to save the image file on your computer:
   
   
   
   

Done! Your image has been edited the way you wanted it. 😉 Now just upload it on the questionnaire!
