What is it?
When the traveler gets in contact with your hotel, requesting a quotation, and your representative doesn't find availability, what is done to come out on top of the situation? Your reservations center may suggest other properties from the chain that may make sense for this traveler to consider, isn't that right?
For this reason, we've released this great news, a Property Advisor for hotel chain and groups! Now, when a traveler doesn't find availability on a hotel, other properties from the same chain will be suggested directly on your chatbot's automatic quotation.
Before starting to enjoy this functionality, you have to configure the property options that you'd like to suggested at each hotel.
Attention: Only users with administrative access can edit and activate the Property Advisor!
How does it work?
1. The traveler accesses the chat and starts an automatic quotation;
2. The chatbot searches on the reservation engine and finds no availability;
3. Upon finding no availability for the searched period, the robot searches the reservation engine again for close dates on the same property;
4. The chatbot presents the available dates, in case it finds any;
5. The chatbot sends another message suggesting searching for the same period on other properties from the same chain;
6. When the customer clicks on "Verify Availability", the chatbot will show the preregistered properties the customer can choose for a new quotation;
7. When the traveler clicks on "Check for available dates" on one of the presented properties, the chatbot will search on the partner property's reservation engine. 😍

How to configure my properties?
On the Administration Panel, click on "Settings", and then on "Property Advisor";
This is the Property Advisor's configuration screen.
Note:
- Only administrators have access to this screen!
- Only the chain properties that are enabled for your profile will appear! If there are any missing, get in touch with our Support.😉
Registering each property's information
Each property from your chain will be represented by a card like this:
View below which items you can register:
- Click here to send a new image: a new search window will open, for you to upload a picture of the relevant property;
- Property's name: here you register how you'd like the travelers to see the name of this specific property;
- Default description: This is the text that appears when this property is suggested;
Attention! Don't forget to click on "Save Changes", in order not to lose your changes!
- Suggest Properties: opens the environment in which you can select which properties should be picked as suggestions for this hotel's card.
When you click this button, a box will appear:
There, you can select each hotel that will be suggested for, in this example, Hotel 1.
On this case, we've selected Hotel 2 and Hotel 3 as suggestions for Hotel 1.
If you'd like to, you can check the "Use default description" box, or uncheck it and write a text specifically for this property, comparing it to the chosen hotel. For instance:

Click on "Save" inside the property advisor and then "Save Changes" on the property's card to ensure that no information is lost, ok?
To wrap it up, click on ACTIVATE, to allow this information to go live for your robot!❤️
