How to activate the Email Templates?

Check out how to integrate you Gmail with our Email Templates to boost your service!

1. Go to Asksuite's Administration Panel.

Note: Make sure you have Administrator access;

2. Click on "Email templates"

3. On the following screen, click on "Add to Gmail", which will direct you to our plugin's installation page;

4. Click on "Add to Chrome" to install it on your browser;

5. Note that, after the installation, a gray Email Templates icon will show up, which means the feature is offline

6. Click on this icon to login. Note: the email address and password are the same as Asksuite's Administration Panel!!

7. Once logged in, the icon will turn red;

Done! Your integration is ready. If your templates are already complete, you just have to access your inbox, click on "Compose" and type";" on the text box and choose the template you'd like to send. 😉
