⚠️ Attention: For notifications to work, you need to use them in your browser. Just click on the lock icon or settings next to the website bar and activate them:

1. Go to the User menu > User Settings > Notifications and Devices;
2. Configure the notification sound and duration:
3. Now choose which type of notification you want to receive:
- Live Chats: you will only receive notifications when the Live Calls screen is open.
- Computer: Push notifications are sent directly to your computer's operating system. Access the platform from your computer and turn on notifications.
- Mobile: Push notifications are sent directly to your mobile device's operating system. Access the platform from your mobile device and turn on notifications.

⚠️Attention: Due to a technical limitation of the operating system, push notifications do not work on iOS. And on macOS, they only work in the Chrome browser.

4. In “Connected Devices”, manage the devices that are connected to the platform, so they can receive notifications. Keep in mind, to connect a device, just log into the platform from that same device.
If you disconnect a device, a prompt will appear on the screen to reconnect it:
