You've activated notifications on your Asksuite administration panel but nothing is showing up on your internet browser? We'll help you solve that on the article below. 😉
What are push notification?
These are alerts which notify users of a determined service when there's relevant content or new messages received. These messages are sent via websites or apps, showing up on your screen on mobile or desktop.
How do Asksuite's Live Chat push notifications work?
Our goal is to inform you and your reservations center every time a new chat is started a customer requests a quotation or a human agent to chat with. This means that when these situations take place, a notification will show up on your browser with a visual and sound alerts.
