How to create a quotation template?

Learn how to send your availability information using the same automatic quotation from your chatbot!

Check out the step-by-step guide below to boost up your emails!

1. Go to your Asksuite Administrator Panel. Note: Make sure you have administrator access;

2. Click on "Email templates";

3. Click on "New email template";

4. On the template creation screen:

• under "Type" select "Reservation quote";
• On the text box click on "Quote", in order to activate our quotation code, which indicates where the rates will be inserted;
• edit the template however you'd like.
  

4. Click on "Save" and go to your Gmail inbox

5. Click on "New Message" and on the text box type ";". The Email template will quickly show you all the templates created on your Asksuite Administration Panel.

Click on the "Quotation" one;

6. A new window will open up with the parameters for the quotation. Fill in with the desired dates and number of people and click on "Search";

Done! The template will search the desired rates directly on your reservation engine.

7. Once it's done searching, you'll see all the available rooms on that period. You can select 1 or more rooms to be included in the email.

8. All done! All the information regarding the selected rooms will be displayed on the body of the email. 💪🏾

Oh, and remember that once they click on "Book Now", the traveler will complete the purchase directly on your reservation engine, ok?
