Enhancing travelers' experience is the foundation of our mission in hospitality, and this includes ensuring that travelers' requests are handled efficiently and in a personalized manner. In this article, we will cover a vital feature that puts you in control of customer service: the ability to export email requests made through our service robot. By using this tool, you not only guarantee the convenience of automated service but also the management of all the demands received by the hotel and provide travelers with specific and direct responses to their needs through more personalized communications.
Step by Step:
The functionality of sending emails in specific situations is a way to ensure that automated service doesn't become a barrier to resolving travelers' individual issues. The most common demands, such as general inquiries, group quotes, reservation confirmations, reservation changes, and requests for invoices, can be efficiently and effectively addressed, ensuring traveler satisfaction and facilitating direct bookings at your hotel.
To export the spreadsheet with records of all forms submitted by the chatbot via email requests, follow these steps:
- Access your Administrative Panel.
- Navigate to the Email Requests section.
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, you'll find a green button labeled Export. Click on it, and the spreadsheet will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
- The downloaded file will be in the xlsx format, which can be opened in applications like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, Lotus 1-2-3, and Calligra.
By exporting these records, you'll have a comprehensive view of interactions between your virtual assistant and travelers. This not only enables more detailed analyses but also provides valuable insights to continuously enhance the effectiveness of your service and better understand travelers' needs.
