What's in it for me?
With the possibility of advertising and sharing your chatbot through other channels, you decrease your reservations center's operational demand even more, while increasing the ways you get direct reservations. ✌️
For instance, you can print it and display it in your reception area, or share it as an image file, so that travelers can scan it and easily clear up their questions! With the URL, you can create other buttons on your web pages or even add it to your advertisement campaigns! Beyond that, you can also send it via Whatsapp, SMS, Email and much more!
Where to find the QR Code?
1. Go to https://admin.asksuite.com;
2. Click on “Communication channels”;
3. Click on “Site”;
4. On the right, you'll see a QR code titled "Shareable link";
5. Click on the "Copy link" button, to share your bot's URL;
6. Click on "Download QR code", to share the QR code. When you click on this button, the code will be downloaded as a .png file. This way, you can print it or upload this code wherever you wish!
What will the travelers see when they click on the link or scan the QR code?
By accessing the URL, the traveler will have access to a specific screen of the bot's webchat version. This screen is mobile friendly and looks like this on a smartphone:
