How does the lead collection work with the robot?
When the traveler requests a quote and enters their details, those details are automatically sent to LeadLovers approximately 1 to 2 hours after the chat ends.
How is the lead collection enabled?
To activate this function, you need an access key, a configured LeadLovers machine with its code, the funnel and sequence number where the lead will be stored. To obtain this data, follow the steps below:
- Access key
- Access the LeadLovers dashboard;
- On the toolbar, click Settings and select the Account Data option;
- Scroll to the bottom of the page under Personal Token and copy the access token. If there is no token, click the Generate Token button.
- Machine Code
- Access the LeadLovers dashboard;
- On the left taskbar, select Machines and then My Machines;
- Select the machine in which the leads will be stored. After the page loads, copy the numbers found at the end of the URL.
- Funnel Name and Sequence Number
- Click on Email Sequence after following the previous steps;
- Copy and save the Funnel Name;
- Copy the Sequence Number where the lead will be added (only the number, without the ‘#’).
After following the steps above, you just need to configure the app in the Askstore.
How are dynamic fields configured?
To obtain personalized information such as Check-in and Checkout date, number of adults and children etc., it is possible to use the dynamic fields. This option is available on your Leadlovers dashboard and will appear on the Asksuite installation screen once they are registered.
- Creating dynamic fields in Leadlovers
- Access the Leadlovers dashboard
- On the upper right menu click on Tools, go to the Capture Fields option.
- Click the + button, fill in the form fields according to the requested information, e.g., Check-in.
Note: In the Field Type, the Selection, Multiple Choice and Single Choice types are not supported and will not appear on the Asksuite dashboard.
