Reminder: the created templates are sent to Facebook for content evaluation. They can be approved or rejected. This process can take from a few seconds to 48 hours, according to Facebook's own rules. To learn more about messaging guidelines and best practices, access the FAQ:

1. Navigate to the WhatsApp Campaigns > WhatsApp Templates menu and click on “New Template”:
2. Fill in the fields. Insert an image if you wish (we recommend it, as engagement is always better!):
3. Now write the text. Remembering that you can use @ to replace with the information you want.
For example, the model:
“Hello @client, I'm @agent here at Hotel Asksuite! You won 100 dollars to spend the July holidays with us! Enter the link below and use the coupon JULYHOLIDAYS”
It will appear like this for the client Ana:
“Hello Ana, I'm Amanda from the Asksuite Hotel! You won 100 dollars to spend the July holidays with us! Enter the link below and use the coupon JULYHOLIDAYS”
4. Now match the @ information to your Contacts Table. This is not mandatory, but it’s recommended.
For example: Ana has already talked to your hotel, but her name did not appear in the chat title in Live Service.
As you will mark that @client is the name of your client, so now the name “Ana” will appear in her chat in the Live Calls as well as the Contacts List.
5. Then insert the link (also not mandatory):
