Facebook Template Approval

Reminder: the created templates are sent to Facebook for content evaluation. They can be approved or rejected. This process can take from a few seconds to 48 hours, according to Facebook's own rules. To learn more about messaging guidelines and best practices, access the FAQ:

The status of templates are:

Pending: Awaiting Facebook review

Rejected: Template was rejected, now you must create another one and fix the problem

Approved: Template has been approved, now send the Campaign!

Steps to follow your template’s progress: 

1. In the menu > WhatsApp Campaigns > WhatsApp Templates, after creating your template, it will have the status “Pending”:

    2. To check the result, just click on the two little arrows next to the “New Template” button (Remembering that the result can take from a few seconds to 48 hours, according to Facebook rules). In addition, you can expect that we update the status every 20 minutes:
