What is it?
It's an integration between Asksuite and your business email, which allows you to view, manage and answer all the email's received (in the address integrated) inside your Omnichannel platform.

Integrating your company's email to Asksuite's platform, you'll get:
- Omnichannel management;
- Bigger sales conversion by email;
- Better productivity in the sales team;
- Better quality on your attendance;
Requirements
Nowadays, it's possible to integrate:
- Corporate Emails: G-Suite, Office365 and Exchange
- Email providers that have SMTP and IMAP
The SMTP and IMAP are standard email integration protocols (contact the IT and/or support team for more info).

⚠️ Attention: Personal emails from @gmail.com and @outlook.com accounts are unaccepted by these providers.
🔍 Observations: For G-Suite emails, a release must be carried out in the G-Suite admin panel. Click here for more info.

Steps
1. Login on the Admin Panel;
2. Go to the Communication Channel page;
3. Click in Integrate Channel, on the Email's card;
Click in Login with email.
5. A new window will then open, where you must enter the email to be integrated (usually the reservation center email).
6. Now, it will be need to find out which is your email's provider. Your IT team must know this information.
Somo providers will be needed a different action:
- For G-Suite emails, a release must be carried out in the G-Suite admin panel. Click here for more info.
- For Microsoft/Office 365/Exchange, follow the screens to authorize Asksuite to access emails and present them on the platform.
- For Yahoo, you will need to create a app password, due to own yahoo security measures, that will allows the use of the password. To create this password, follow the steps below:
- Click here to access the Account Security section on your Yahoo Mail;
- Click in generate a App password;
- At the popup, click at the button Get start;
- Type the app name (this is just a internal nomenclature)
- Click in Generate password.
- If you have a provider, such as Locaweb or HostGator, another IMAP and SMTP configuration screen will appear.

🔍 Observations: Some providers have the SMTP and IMAP information available on the internet. With a quick search on google you'll be able to find it.

7. Now fill the information needed. Email, password to this email, URLS and IMAP and SMTP ports. Click in Confirm. If all the information are correct, the integration will be completed successfully.
