How to block email senders

On our email's integration, you can block the unwanted messages received on your email. You just need to choose the email address that you wish to block e register them on you platform so they will be hidden from your inbox.

1. Login on your Admin Panel;

2. Go to the Communication channel;

3. On the Email cards, click on the settings icon;

4. Now, fill with the email address you would like to block. This process can be repeated to all the address you want to block.

5. Click on Block e-mail;

🔍 Note: When you block an email address, you won't be able to send emails to this address as well.
