How to change the email preview layout in live support

• You can view an email within the live service screen in “Compact” or “Full” layout.

To switch between ‘compact’ and ‘full’ view: 

• Access the email settings via the communication channels screen; 
• Click the gear next to the email (see image below);

• Click the desired option; 
• Click “Apply” (see image below).
